Beachside Home Staging is a family run organization. We work hard to offer the best product to compliment our client's vision while also keeping costs low to provide savings for our clients.
As the Chief Designing Officer and Owner of Beachside Home Staging, Kathy Marks specializes in fresh coastal concepts while capturing the vision of her customers. She and her husband David are builders, investors, and, of course, designers.
Kathy now dedicates 100% of her time running her home staging company with her 2 sons, Connor and Chris.
Connor Sullivan
Vice President of Business Operations
Connor comes with 10+ years of management in the production arena. He manages all installations, budgeting, personnel, scheduling and is an excellent decorator. Connor learned from the ground up. He Started working for Beachside Home Staging when it was a business running out of a single storage unit and renting trailers. He manages all of the moving parts of the organization.
Chris Marks
Director of Sales & Marketing
Chris has worked part time with Beachside Home Staging from the beginning and all the way through the completion of his degree in Communications at University of California, Santa Barbara. He is now able to bring these skills to the table full time. One of his first main contributions to the business was developing a labor pool of amazing part time employees in order to keep up with the demand of our growing company.
